We know Christmas is the season for indulgence but this doesn't mean you have to gorge on everything unhealthy.  Of course, life is about balance and we definitely believe in treating yourself.  But with this new pound cake, you can enjoy it while knowing that you are getting a health classic dessert that tastes just like the original recipe.

Gluten Free -- Dairy Free -- Peanut Free

Our chefs have tested out different combinations of ingredients and the result is a confection perfection!  This cake is compact, moist, yet crumbles delicately in your mouth, low sugar as its topped with a sugar free icing, and we use coconut oil instead of butter! 

Ingredients: Natvia Icing Mix (Erythritol, Organic Steviol Glycosides ), Organic Sprouted Pistachio, Cream of Tartar 

Pound Cake: Gluten Free Flour Mix (Sugar, rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, maize flour, buckwheat flour, raising agents (mono-calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate), thickener (xanthan gum), cranberry, Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, Eggs
