WHAT IS GONG FU TEA ?
Chinese tea is a world unto itself, which can make it daunting for newcomers to appreciate. Begin your Chinese tea journey with a Southern classic, Gong Fu tea (工夫茶) which is, in fact, not a type of tea, but a brewing method; one that anyone can learn to do at home.
After mastering Gong Fu tea brewing you will have the confidence to entertain guests with Chinese tea in style, or for your own personal enjoyment.

CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY
We will confirm your seat(s) once all fees are received. The deadline for any cancellation or changes is 7 days prior to the scheduled date of the event. All fees will become non-refundable after the deadline. Cancellation requests should be made in writing at least 7 days prior to the class for any refund to be processed.
