All fresh items are precisely prepared early in the morning in FoodCraft's Kitchen to ensure quality. FoodCraft is on a greener mission to reduce food waste and we can only achieve this with your consideration! 


*Fresh items include: FoodCraft Bakery Items, FoodCraft Coconut Yogurts & Puddings, FoodCraft Nut & Seed Drinks and FoodCraft Kefirs. 

Q. Can I Pick Up From the Store? 
  • Yes! Select the option 'Self-Pickup' upon checkout or contact FoodCraft Customer Service for arrangement. 

  • If a delivery date is not selected for a confirmed order, FoodCraft will arrange for the next available delivery schedule. FoodCraft Customer Service may try to get in touch for a preferred delivery date. 


Once delivery is arranged and if order includes fresh items, request for rearrangement is NOT accepted. Please select a preferred delivery date upon checkout or contact FoodCraft Customer Service once order is placed for information. 

Q. How Much Do I Have to Spend for Free Delivery? What is the Delivery Charge?
  • The minimum spending requirement to enjoy FREE DELIVERY is HKD 600. Below are individual delivery charges: 


  • Hong Kong Island: $100

  • Kowloon: $150

  • New Territories: $200

  • Yes! Select the option 'Self-Pickup' upon checkout or contact FoodCraft Customer Service for arrangement. 


  • Due to consideration for all customers, add to cart 'Delivery on Demand Service ($80)' for specific delivery hours. Suit your schedule with a 2-hour delivery timeframe! Be in control of the arrival time. 

  • FoodCraft hires drivers and SF Express for order deliveries. 


  • Orders with bake-to-order bakery items will be delivered to your door by FoodCraft's drivers. Other orders may be assigned to SF Express. 


  • Orders to Discovery Bay will be delivered by SF Express regardless of product type.

  • Our drivers deliver from 3pm-7pm, Monday to Friday. 


  • SF Express does not deliver within FoodCraft's Delivery Schedule.

  • Yes! 


  • FoodCraft ensures your order is stored at the appropriate temperature during transition from our store to yours. You will notice the storage temperature indicated on the box. 

Q. My Order is Assigned to SF Express, How and Where Can I Track My Order? 
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Notice via email. An SF Tracking Number (eg. SF 400012345678) is included and you can track the status of your delivery with the link below:

Q. I Booked For A Class but Realise I Cannot Attend, Can I Reschedule or Cancel the Booking?  
  • CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY

    We will confirm your seat(s) once all fees are received. The deadline for any cancellation or changes is 7 days prior to the scheduled date of the event. All fees will become non-refundable after the deadline. Cancellation requests should be made in writing at least 7 days prior to the class for any refund to be processed.

    *The policy applies to sign-ups within the 7-day period before the scheduled event
