1. Loving Earth Organic Salted Caramel Chocolate

Our Salted Caramel Chocolate is made by blending Certified Organic Fair Trade Virgin Cacao Butter (35%) from Peru with Raw Cashews, Organic Evaporated Coconut Nectar and a pinch of Pink Lake salt, sourced locally from Western Victoria.

A recipe that is sure to hit all the taste buds - this is the salty sibling of our popular Caramel Chocolate! We have created this bar by blending Cacao Butter (Amazonico Criollo variety), Creamy Raw Cashews, Coconut, Evaporated Coconut Nectar and a pinch of Pink Lake salt.

We chose this salt because it’s sourced in Victoria’s West by Mount Zero and the lake’s traditional owners, the Barengi Gadjin Land Council who work together to harvest this mineral-rich salt.

The Cacao Butter and Raw Cashews used to make this chocolate are Fair Trade Certified. We also support the small farming communities we work with by helping them add as much value as possible to raw materials at the point of origin.

    This Creamy Coconut Mylk Chocolate is made with Amazonico Criollo, Certified Organic Raw Cacao (47%) from Satipo, Peru, Organic Coconut and sweetened with Organic Evaporated Coconut Nectar.

    This is the ultimate creamy raw chocolate experience! Our Creamy Coconut Mylk Chocolate captures the flavour and smoothness of milk chocolate, without using any dairy.

    It’s surprising to note that this chocolate bar is the result of only two plants – the coconut palm tree and cacao. Keeping the ingredients simple and close to their natural state is key to the unique quality of our chocolate.

    We’ve always believed that Coconut and Cacao is the perfect marriage – the creaminess of the coconut compliments the rich flavours of cacao beautifully. We’ve played with the subtle balance of this pair to create a new flavour, lighter in cacao content compared to our popular Coconut Mylk Chocolate, one which we could only describe as ‘creamy’!

    72% Raw Amazonico Criollo Cacao Beans from Satipo, Peru and 28% Evaporated Coconut Nectar from Java, Indonesia made from bean to bar with Love by us in Melbourne. 100% certified organic, Direct Trade. The deep earthy notes of the Amazon dance beautifully in this one with the sweet toffee tones from Jogjakarta. Enjoy!

    Loving Earth's Chocolate is made by us with Raw Cacao from bean to bar here in Melbourne. This means that our chocolate has up to twice as many antioxidants as conventional chocolate. We use Organic Evaporated Coconut Nectar (a natural, low GI sweetener) instead of cane sugar to create this delicious chocolate bar. 

    Our Raw Dark Chocolate has a nice clean snap, a smooth texture and a beautifully complex flavour. The Evaporated Coconut Nectar gives the flavour a wonderful depth with toffee citrusy notes, in addition to making the bar extremely healthy.     4. Loving Earth Organic 85% Dark Chocolate

    This 85% Dark Chocolate has been created with Cacao from the 2018 harvest of the Ashaninka people, deep in the Amazon. Sweetened with Evaporated Coconut Nectar, this bar is our most intense flavour yet - for the true cacao connoisseur.

    We travelled 4 hours by canoe up Rio Ene, one of the headwaters of the Amazon River in Satipo, Peru, to source the Amazonico Criollo Cacao from the Ashaninka People. This intense cacao from the 2018 harvest has notes of aniseed and fennel. Grown underneath the jungle canopy alongside citrus and coffee plants, you can taste the biodiversity of the forest in every bite. Loving Earth's Chocolate is made with Raw Cacao from bean to bar here in Melbourne. The minimal processing means that our chocolate has up to twice as many antioxidants as conventional chocolate.     This is our take on white chocolate - it came out with a golden Javanese tan!

    Combining Cacao Butter, Creamy Cashews, Coconut and our secret weapon Javanese Evaporated Coconut Nectar we have created this amazing ‘melt in your mouth’ caramel experience.

    The Cacao in this bar has been certified organic by Control Union according to their Fair Choice standard.

    Loving Earth are very focused on the environment; their packaging is printed on vegetable inks on board with 97% post consumer recycled fibre. The inner wrapper is home compostable & made using sustainably managed plant sources.

      Most serious chocolate lovers love a good mint chocolate, so we have done our best to satisfy you with this classic creation. We use certified organic peppermint essential oil to get that signature mint chocolate flavour and then add our Raw Cacao Nibs from Satipo, Peru to give the bar a crunch and an extra shot of raw chocolate power.

      This Hazelnut Mylk Chocolate is made with Amazonico Criollo, Certified Organic Raw Cacao (46%) from Satipo, Peru, creamy hazelnuts and sweetened with Organic Evaporated Coconut Nectar, our chocolate is made in Melbourne.

      This is Loving Earth's reinvention of a classic, inspired by combing the traditional blend hazelnuts and chocolate. 

      The cacao butter used to make this chocolate is Fair Trade Certified. Fair Trade standards ensure that producers and their community receive a fair share of the benefits of trade, thus improving the quality of their lives.

      We have sweetened this chocolate bar with Organic Evaporate Coconut Nectar from the island of Java, Indonesia. This low GI (35), mineral rich sweetener, produced from coconut palm blossoms is considered the most sustainable in the world and makes a great cane sugar alternative.

      Packaging

      Every Loving Earth chocolate bar comes to you in a compostable plant-based inner wrapper so that we can have a smaller impact on the environment. We have chosen a non GMO plant based material from a renewable source instead of simply going with conventional, plastic.

      The boxes, which contain our wrapped chocolate bars, are made from 97% recycled post-consumer cardboard and are printed with vegetable inks.

      Have you just opened your chocolate/carob bar and found that your bar looks a little bit different than usual?


      Don't worry! The chocolate might have lost its shape and you might even see some white spotting but this treat is definitely still edible! Why? "Chocolate Blooming" occurs when the cocoa butter melts and then re-solidifies - a situation that happens a lot in Hong Kong because of the extreme contrast between the hot weather outside and the extreme air-conditioned indoors. At Foodcraft, we store our chocolate at optimal temperatures but sometimes we are not able to control the delivery process to and from our kitchen! If you have any problems about your 'bloomed' chocolate, please let us know!
