Biona Organic Date Sweetener - 250g

Biona Organic Date Sweetener is made from 100% organic dried crushed Deglet Noor dates. Entirely unrefined, this natural sweetener has a rich and mellow flavour that is perfect for using as a direct replacement for refined sugar in baking and desserts. Due to its high fibre content and its ability to absorb liquid we recommend decreasing the quantity of flour in baking recipes by 25%.
