What is Miso?
Miso is a traditional Japanese seasoning produced by fermenting soybeans with salt and the natural fungus Aspergillus oryzae. We have made miso with organic chickpeas and tahini instead of soybeans.
Good for making instant miso soup (mix one Tablespoon of Gomamiso with 300ml hot water), dips, and dressings.
