This all-natural, gluten-free pasta is crafted from nutrient-dense red lentil flour and brown rice flour. The ingredients are simply combined with a small amount of water, resulting in a pasta with a firm, satisfying texture and bite. Produced in Italy by experienced, second-generation millers, this vibrant orange fusilli variety boasts a delightfully nutty lentil flavor and counts as one serving towards your daily recommended fruit and vegetable intake.
How to prepare:
- Boil 2L of water with 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
- Add the pasta to the water. 80g is our recommended portion per serving.
- For an 'al-dente' texture, boil for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. If you like it softer, add another minute.
- Drain the pasta and mix with the sauce of your choice. For salads, rinse the pasta under cold running water and toss it into your salad.
