Too hard

Once you can bite into it the cookies are tasty but they were extremely hard to bite into.

Love the cookies, but last batch was not the best

Used to love the Teddy bear cookies and plan to order regularly. However, last batch was weird tasting - not crunchy and not as sweet as the batches before. And return of product is a hassle - have to either go to Foodcraft store in KT or ship via SF express and the customer is responsible for shipping cost. I don't normally post negative reviews - foodcraft has done a great job on some food items, but their level of customer service is not the best especially considering how often I order there and in comparison to other providers. If you don't have problem with paying upfront and just test trying the foods go ahead. But if you're unhappy with a batch because they may taste different, returns are a hassle. Just keep that in mind before you order.
