This is a super moist, soft, and delicious Earl Grey tea poundcake with dark chocolate chips that is (unbelievably!) gluten-free and vegan.
We've added real organic Earl Grey tea leaves to create a delightful aroma, along with vegan chocolate chips to make this chocolicious, dairy-free, and gluten-free poundcake. This poundcake is minimally sweetened and flavor-oriented, so it may not be suitable for those who prefer very sweet treats.
