Certified organic chicken direct from the farm in New Zealand. We've marinated this chicken with our organic sprouted brown rice shio koji and fresh lemon and rosemary and vacuum sealed it. Delivered frozen and ready to cook once its defrosted. This Shio koji marinate make the chicken soft and juicy with added umami. Its like a soy sauce without soy!
How to prepare
- Thaw the chicken in room temperature. Remove the packing and place the chicken on a baking tray.
- Heat the oven to 200°C
- Cover the chicken with foil and bake for 50 minutes at 200°C
- After 50minutes, remove the cover for browning and bake the chicken for another 10 minuets.
- Poke the chicken in the they to check if its fully cooked. If red liquid comes out bake chicken for another 10 to 15 minutes till the red liquid doesn't come out.
- Serve hot!
The chicken is well marinated so it should be good to serve with out any additional salt!
