Our Organic Aquafaba is made from filtered water and sprouted organic chickpeas. We start from soaking the chickpeas for more than 12 hours to remove the phytic acid*.ย This process makesย the chickpeas easierย toย digestย andย assimilateย andย alsoย enhancesย theย fullย flavorย ofย theย nutrientย denseย ingredients. Then we boil the chickpeas to collect the liquid which is called 'aquafaba'.ย
*Nuts,ย seedsย andย grainsย haveย aย naturallyย occurringย chemicalย knownย asย phyticย acidย and enzyme-inhibitorsย whichย areย removedย throughย ourย soakingย process.ย
