Panca peppers are Peruvian red pepper and are commonly used in Peruvian cuisines.
It is very mild in heat but used for the flavour and colour.
How to Use:
Freshly ground chilli is the best of all!
Grind the chilli into a powder and use it for salsas, sauces, potatoes, fish, pork or chicken.
Use it as a whole in cooked dishes to add a sweet mild pepper flavour to curries and broths.
Panca chillies have a mild heat with a fruity berry-like sweetness with a smoky undertone and are used in many Peruvian dishes. Of course, you can use it for taco or burrito sauce (less heat for children!) and also good for marinades, steak sauces or even with your eggs!
