This all-natural, gluten-free pasta is crafted from nutrient-dense red lentil flour and brown rice flour. The ingredients are simply combined with a small amount of water, resulting in a pasta with a firm, satisfying texture and bite. Produced in Italy by experienced, second-generation millers, this vibrant orange fusilli variety boasts a delightfully nutty lentil flavor and counts as one serving towards your daily recommended fruit and vegetable intake.

How to prepare:

  1. Boil 2L of water with 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
  2. Add the pasta to the water. 80g is our recommended portion per serving.
  3. For an 'al-dente' texture, boil for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. If you like it softer, add another minute.
  4. Drain the pasta and mix with the sauce of your choice. For salads, rinse the pasta under cold running water and toss it into your salad.
