This bean has many names for it. Asparagus bean, yardlong bean, pea bean, long-podded cowpea, Chinese long bean, snake bean, bodi, and bora. How do you call this bean? Despite the common name of "yardlong", the pods are actually only about half a yard long - long but not that long!
How to eat yardlong beans?
