Vegan Nama Chocolate - 9pc
Winter Special!
We make this item from November to March only!
What is Nama Chocolate?
Nama means "Raw" (生) in Japanese and it is named this way due to the soft texture opposed to chocolate bars that are hard. This chocolate is a form of ganache, similar to the filling inside of truffles. Cut into little cubes, and dusted with fine cocoa powder.
The ones sold widely in the market are made mostly from fresh cream. Apparently, it can be called “Nama Chocolate” when it contains at least 40% chocolate and 10% cream by weight, and no more than 10% water.
We have brought that Nama chocolate to a next level by using vegan ingredients only.Who could believe this is vegan and gluten free? This rich chocolate is smooth and silky.
Once again, NO cream, NO egg, NO butter and NO wheat used. Just pure vegan goodness and love.
