How to Use Tsubu Kon Kirari:

When Cooking with Rice:

  1. Rinse the rice and drain the water. Do not rinse Tsubu Kon Kirari.

  2. Add Tsubu Kon Kirari to the drained rice. One portion (65g) is equivalent to one serving of rice (150g). Use the same water level as usual in your rice cooker.

  3. Add water, mix lightly, and cook as usual.

When Using in Recipes:

  • Boil in 10x the amount of water for about 10 minutes to rehydrate, then drain and use in your dish. (No need to rinse.)

  • One 65g portion expands to about 320g after rehydration.

  • For risotto, paella, or soup ingredients, you can use it directly in its dried form.
