Finding it hard to give up bread on your Keto diet?  Well, we've created a very low carb, gluten-free, dairy-free Keto bread so you can make the switch to this lifestyle much easier without feeling deprived of carbs!

Most of the recipes out there can taste quite eggy or the texture doesn't seem to be quite right.  We tried a few combinations and finally came up with a combination of ingredients that bakes into an amazing tasting Keto bread!  This is seriously the real deal.  

HOW TO CONSUME/USE:

  • Can be served room temperate or toasted with avocado, bacon, ham, eggs, butter, ghee (or anything you like really!)
  • As a delicious low carb alternative for Keto dieters craving for bread!

    BENEFITS

    There are many studies that have proven the benefits of going on a Keto diet! Some of them include:

    • Improved body composition - decrease body fat and increase lean body mass as the body uses fat to burn energy vs. carbs
    • Increased energy levels - without carbs, you won't have that blood sugar spike and then crash after leaving you feeling exhausted all the time
    • Improved skin - cutting out carbs and processed foods that impacts your gut health can help your skin look more radiant and glow!
    SUGGESTED USE

    Serve at room temperature or toasted.

    We recommend to slice and freeze if you are not going to consume it within 2 days from delivery. It can be kept in the freezer for up to 3 months. By toasting the frozen slice, you can enjoy it as if it was (almost) freshly baked!

    Filtered water, almonds, egg white, psyllium husk (non-GMO), organic golden flax, organic apple cider vinegar, gluten-free baking powder, Himalayan Crystal Salt
