How to Use:
Freshly ground chilli is the best of all!
Grind the chilli into a powder and use it for salsas, sauces, potatoes, fish, pork or chicken.
Use it as a whole in cooked dishes to add a sweet mild pepper flavour to curries and broths.
Peri Peri chillies are the key ingredient in the famous Peri Peri Chicken. Also makes great hot sauces! Most recipes online substitute the peri peri chilli with other common chillies in the market but use our peri peri chilli to make the REAL peri peri sauce!
Peri Peri Sauce Recipe
50g, dried peri peri chillies
4 cloves, garlic chopped
1 tsp., smoked paprika
50g, cilantro chopped
50g, basil chopped
1/2 cup, extra virgin olive oil
1 lemon, juiced (lemon juice)
1 tsp., salt
Blend all ingredients in a food processor till smooth!
Use as a marinade or as a (VERY) spicy dip!
How to Store
This product has NOT been chemically treated for the extension of shelf life and is 100% natural. It is sensitive and pleases treat as you would treat a fresh fruit or vegetable - keep in a cool dry place and consume as soon as possible. A good way to store this will be in the freezer which will preserve the flavour and quality for up to 1 year.

These differences in appearance are entirely normal and are the result of not treating them with any chemicals, reducing unnecessary hand selection, and minimizing waste.
