Our Sprouted Raw Cheesy Chia Crackers are made with organic activated seeds. Nuts, seeds and grains have a naturally occurring chemical known as phytic acid and enzyme-inhibitors which are removed through our soaking process. After the sprouting of ingredients, we dehydrate the crackers for 24 hours at low temperature. This makes them easier to digest and assimilate and also enhances the full flavor of the nutrient dense ingredients. We've created a vegan cheesy flavor with nutritional yeast and this is a perfect snack for packing into school lunch boxes or at work.

Why it's good for you: We only use high quality ingredients to hand-make each cracker. No white sugar, coloring, flavoring, preservatives or additives are used in our crackers. Enjoy the natural flavors of 'real food'. No nuts and no added sugar. The ingredients are mostly activated seeds and no grains used in the recipe. Suitable for a low carbs high protein diet.

Suggested Use: Its a perfect snack to carry with you or pack for your child's school lunch box.
