This classic cream cheese is made from activated cultured cashew nuts. It is vegan, gluten free and sugar free. Beautiful creamy texture, easy to spread on your bagel or favourite bread. We love adding scallions on top.

Fermentation plays a big role in maintaining a healthy gut by adding beneficial bacteria and enzymes to the intestinal flora resulting in boosting the immune system. Fermentation and aging add a complexity to the Cheeze and intesify the flavours. Only premium ingredients are used in making our Cheezes. And the most important ingredient is love.

Founder Amy, the Cheezanista, is a Plant-Based Chef and a conscious Foodie with a background in Whole Food Plant-Based Nutrition, Yoga and Animal Rescue. She brings her passions into her creations. She's an avid learner and loves being a wizard in her Plant-Based Food Lab, "Atelier Nuteese".
