Throat chakra is responsible for self-expression, because through the throat chakra our thoughts and desires are put into words.  Throat chakra is also the fifth energy center of the body, and for this purpose we have selected aromatherapy grade essential oils of sage, peppermint and chamomile.

Throat chakra is located in the neck area. This chakra is the center of self-expression, creativity, communication and listening. When the throat chakra is in balance, it is easy to speak the truth and express your feelings clearly. The color of the chakra is azure.

True Expression is suitable for all skin types. Organic oil blend of peppermint, sage and chamomile is especially suited to soothe itching and relieve nausea, headaches, muscle tension and muscle pain. Particularly suitable for alleviating stomach and intestinal disorders such as abdominal swelling, abdominal cramps and local pain. Add True Expression blend to body cream or body oil as instructed and rub in the affected area. True Expression is a great help for speech workers, performers and singers, as the oil blend has throat relaxing and voice clearing properties. Dilute with carrier oil as instructed.

The oil blend contains a genuine crystal quartz that heals and purifies all chakras. Crystal quartz is a well-being improving stone that raises energy levels and creates a healing aura around it.

Of course, you do not need to be familiar with aromatherapy or the chakral system to use this product. Add this oil blend onto your body e.g. before any exciting or unnerving situation.
