How to store gluten free pizza crust:ย store in the freezer. When ready to use, add your toppings onto a frozen crust and bake for 10 minutes at 250ยฐC.
How to make a vegan and gluten free margherita pizza
Ingredients
1pc, 8 inch frozen gluten free pizza crust
4 Tbsp., passata
2 slices, vegan cheeseย
2 Tbsp., vegan milkย
Fresh basil leavesย
Step1:ย Heat the oven to 250ยฐC.
Step2:ย Spread the passata onto the pizza crust
Step3:ย in a small sauce pan, heat up the vegan cheese with the vegan milk and melt it. Careful not to burn it!ย
Step4:ย Spread the melted vegan cheese onto the pizza crust
Step5:ย Bake the frozen pizza at 250ยฐC for 10 minutes.
Step6:ย Top with fresh basil, cut and serve hot! Enjoy!
