4% acidity. Contains no alcohol. Contains no preservatives so harmless vinegar solids may develop over time.

Made from selected cooked Trebbiano grape must with a small amount of red wine vinegar. This product – characterised by a bright pink colour and slight aftertaste that sets it apart from the white Condiment – has an almost irresistible look, making it one of the most popular products throughout the world. Also, the production process entails initial blending and ageing in oak barrels.
