WHAT IS A REFRIGERATOR CLEANSE?
This is a detox of your fridge. It is key for us to declutter our fridge and only keep things that "sparks joy" as how Marie Kondo would put it.
Do you have a lot of food wastage? Do you struggle to find space in your fridge? By clearing out your refrigerator, you will transform your fridge into a tool that will help you sustain a healthier lifestyle and manage a healthier food budget too!
However, this class is not only about cleaning up your fridge and making it look good. It is really about the foundation of your health.
Your kitchen is a shrine of your health. To transform your health, you will need to transform your kitchen first.
In this class, you will be working hands on with Shima to clear up your refrigerator.
WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?
- How to clean and organize your fridge and to maintain it – hands on
WHERE IS THE CLASS?
- This will be a home visit.

(New Territories and outlying islands will be + HK$400)
WHAT TO BRING?
- 1x apron
- Cleaning tools (wiping cloth and cleaning agents of your choice)
- 5 to 10 empty boxes, depending on your fridge size.
- 1x phone to take pictures
- Gloves

CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY
We will confirm your seat(s) once all fees are received. Deadline for any cancellation or changes(eg. rescheduling) is 7 days prior to the scheduled date of the event. All fees will become non-refundable after the deadline. Cancellation requests should be made in writing at least 7 days prior to the class for any refund to be processed.

Inspired chef who loves working with alternative ingredients and fermentation.
Shima has been on a food and health journey since a child. Her inspiration was her parents who worked in hospitals. She has a strong desire to take charge of her own health.
When it comes to food, her motto is to be mostly plant based but to be flexible and enjoy the food and company first.
