什麼是酸種?

我們的酸種麵包是由有機麵粉和過濾水合成發酵而成的，過程中可自然產生乳桿菌和酵母。我們食譜不使用任何市面上的酵母製作我們的麵包。根據天氣轉化將麵團發酵8至12個小時繼而烤焗，這種特殊的麵包就誕生了，對人體的消化系統有益。酸種麵包的口感鬆軟，味道帶微酸，用商業酵母製成的麵包是沒有這些特質的。酸味來自乳酸：乳酸菌自然發酵的健康、天然副產物。 

 

有什麼特別之處？ 

- 香脆麥香的外皮，內裡鬆軟

- 味道和質地比商業烘焙的酸種麵團更勝一籌 

- 非常適合塗上抹醬， 但它本身已經很美味 

 

由於發酵時間不少於 8 小時，麵包中的營養素(碳水化合物和蛋白質)會被分解成較小的顆粒以便身體吸收。 


如何享用？

新鮮出爐，請直接享用。由於麵包中含自然酸味， 酸種麵包可以在沒有防腐劑的情況下長留。如果您不打算在收貨後 2 天內食用，我們建議切片並冷藏，保存最佳質地。通過烘烤，您仍可以享受接近新鮮出爐的感覺! 

 

成分：無麩質麵粉（大米、木薯、薯仔），增稠劑（黃原膠），過濾水，椰子花糖*，車前子殼粉，金亞麻籽*，奇亞籽*，芝麻，發芽葵花子，喜馬拉雅水晶鹽、天然乳酸菌/酵母

Gluten Free Flour Mix (rice, tapioca and potato), thickener (xanthan gum), Filtered Water, Coconut Flower Sugar*, Psyllium Husk Powder, Golden Flax Seed*, Chia Seeds*, Sesame Seeds, Sprouted Sunflower, Himalayan Crystal Salt, Naturally occurring lactobacilli/yeast (*Organic)

GF Seeded Sourdough

Great tasting GF bread, especially toasted. Good texture, not gummy at all. I slice mine and keep in the freezer so it stays as fresh as day 1. Love it!

Nice flute-free bread, but not all products fresh

Ordered 2 types of Foodcraft gluten-free bread, which were made-to-order I suppose, they were great!
When I went to their store to pick them up, which was a rather remote place, I shopped around and bought some other stuff , amongst them 3 bars of Sokolata dark chocolate and nut mix, expiry date is 27 February 2025.
Upon opening one there were little insects crawling!!!! As if the product has been sitting on the shelf for a long time!
I start to doubt the freshness of the products selling in Foodcraft.
