This immersive, 3-hour class serves as an introduction to Ayurveda, the ancient science of holistic wellness, teaching you how to create balanced, nourishing meals tailored to your unique mind-body constitution, or "dosha."
WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?
1. Foundations of Ayurveda: Discover the three doshas (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha) and learn how each of these doshas affects our digestion, energy, and well-being.
2. Ayurvedic Cooking Principles:
- Six Tastes: Sweet, sour, salty, bitter, pungent, and astringent—balance these in meals for harmony.
- Digestive Health (Agni): Use spices to support digestion and nutrient absorption.
- Seasonal and Dosha-Specific Eating: Adapt your diet to support your unique dosha and the seasons.
3. Core Ayurvedic Recipes:
- Kitchari: A nourishing mung dal and rice stew.
- Tempered vegetable subji: Using spices to enhance digestion.
- Golden Turmeric Tonic: An anti-inflammatory drink with adjustments for each dosha.
- Chutneys: Customizable flavors to balance meals and digestive needs.

CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY
We will confirm your seat(s) once all fees are received. Deadline for any cancellation or changes(eg. rescheduling) is 7 days prior to the scheduled date of the event. All fees will become non-refundable after the deadline. Cancellation requests should be made in writing at least 7 days prior to the class for any refund to be processed.

Chandni is a classically trained Ayurvedic Chef and qualified Integrative Nutrition + Health Coach. With a background in sport and exercise science, her approach is inherently holistic. Chandni is passionate about helping individuals become more conscious about what and how they eat.
Using food as a medium to cultivate a deeper connection to oneself, sharpening intuitive awareness to understand what it is that the body is really craving as we shift through the various seasons and cycles of our lives.
