Fermented chili sauce with Japanese Yuzu zest and Koji. Flagrant Hot Sauce achieves the perfect balance of bright citrus notes, sweetness and heat. The sauce is intended to be extremely versatile, working wonders with raw items like oysters or sashimi, it loves the grill or anything off the barbecue and fried foods are a match made in heaven. Born from equal parts of the East and the West Flagrant Sauce is a made to suit cuisines from all across the world.
