I absolutely love this Trout Roe which I buy on a regular basis.
One of the healthiest brain foods you can buy and this one is of excellent quality with a very reasonable price.
Have this on a regular basis with a fried egg, some beans, avocado, Foodcraft super healthy Sauerkraut and nutritional yeast.
Just yum!
