I joined the Kefir course and bought a bunch of healthy food here. It is the best of the best healthy hub in HK. Shima is amazing in teaching the kefir class. She has loads of experience and very kind. I plan to join some other courses in the future. Highly recommend!

The best ingredient for infused water

I use this to make infused water. It is much more potent than the fresh lemon. Try it!

That is a great way to use our dried lemons!! we will try that too!

The dehydrated oranges are great. But I didn’t receive the pears 🍐 I ordered and paid for.
