I’ve never experience such prompt customer service on purchase of a product. I was contacted through Whats App to ask if it was present that i was purchasing, which it was. Would i like to write a message to personalise the gift, a great bonus and made my purchase so much more worth it.
As I am in the otheerside of the world they made sure they had took a local number from someone the delivery was for to ensure delivery was made correctly. Delivery was made as promised on time and this was a great experience, you don’t get this personal touch customer service in the UK. Thanks FoodCraft!
