由野生捕獲的黑鳳尾魚和海鹽製成，單壓紅船 40°N 使用具有數百年曆史的發酵傳統進行桶裝陳釀。

Red Boat 只使用最新鮮的 cá com（黑鳳尾魚），出海幾分鐘後用鹽醃製，然後在傳統木桶中緩慢陳釀一年以上。 紅船鳳尾魚完全來自富國島群島附近清澈的海水。
