進食生酮飲食時發覺很難放棄吃麵包的習慣嗎？我們為此特別研製我們獨家非常低澱粉、無麩質、無乳的生酮麵包。讓您輕鬆享受生酮飲食！

市面上的大都數都很重雞蛋味，或者質感不對。我們經過幾番試驗，終於找到生酮麵包的材料拼搭。

食用方法:

  • 可以直接食用，亦可烤成多士配上牛油果、煙肉、火腿、雞蛋、牛油、天然酥油 (或任何你喜歡的配料!）
  • 能滿足生酮飲食者對麵包的渴望

好處

有許多研究已有效證明生酮飲食的好處，其中一些包括:

 

改善身體組成 - 減少身體脂肪，因為身體使用脂肪燃燒能量與澱粉質

增加能量水平 - 沒有澱粉，你不會有血糖激增然後因血糖值快速下降後而令人昏昏欲睡的問題。

食用建議：直接食用或烤成多士
