Yummmmy! Previously, I’ve tried the matcha & macademia cake from here and was super delicious so have decided to try this blueberry lemon cake.
It has impressed me again! I didn’t come to know blueberry & lemon flavor are good pairing. Can enjoy it with heated if you prefer little moist & fluffy texture. Thank you :)

This is my first time eating sauerkraut, it tastes very fresh and a bit salty, I ate it with brown rice, but I think it would be more suitable with salad : )

I like a slightly sour taste but not too much saltiness. This is still a good fermented food!
